LEAF NETS are designed to manually take large debris off the top of the water. Sometimes they are not the best tool for a complete clean up of your pool if a lot of debris has blown in your pool. Sometimes if the leaves or other debris stays in your pool long enough it will eventually soak up water and fall to the bottom of your pool.

LEAF RAKE is the best tool if the debris is still large enough instead of hooking up your pool vacuum head to get the debris from the bottom of your pool. This is a larger interpretation of the leaf net. It can also hold a lot more debris and get the stuff from the bottom if the pool if properly used and also get debris from the top of the water. I would go with the leaf rake in any situation because of its efficiencies.
