pH Plus
Used to raise pH levels in pool water. It helps prevent corrosion of metal fixtures and hard surfaces in the pool. pH Plus is composed of white, odorless granular sodium carbonate, also known as “soda ash.”
Application
• Broadcast widely over the deep end of the pool with water circulating.
• Can also be pre-dissolved and added as a liquid. If so, it is recommended you
add the liquid as you walk around the sides of the pool’s deep end.
Useful Tips
• Always ensure that pH is between 7.2 and 7.6 before treatment.
• If pH is less than 7.2 broadcast correct dosage across pool to raise pH.
• If pool water is irritating to the eyes or skin or if pool surface is rough
and pitted, you may have low pH. For pool protection and bather comfort,
test your water and balance the pH accordingly.
